In village Kanheri, a community meeting was organised at the local Chaupal (community hall) before dispatching the aid. During this gathering, residents unanimously agreed to stand in solidarity with the flood victims of Punjab.

Bhagat Singh Nambardar and Somveer from Kanheri village said the villagers had resolved to send essential items to support affected families. The relief effort is being carried out using two tractor-trolleys, which would travel to flood-hit areas in Punjab. Once there, the team plans to speak directly with locals to understand their immediate needs and distribute the collected supplies accordingly.
