Five students hurt in road accident in Mahendragarh city
Five students suffered injuries after a Haryana Roadways bus rammed into a school bus at Rao Tularam Chowk in Mahendragarh city on Monday.
The impact was such that the school bus further collided with a tractor-trailer. The injured students were rushed to a nearby hospital, where they were administered first aid and later discharged. Fortunately, no serious injuries were reported.
The accident occurred when the school bus was on its way to pick up students. At the time of the collision, the roadways bus was enroute to Chandigarh. However, no injuries were reported among those travelling on the roadways bus.
Mahendragarh city SHO Anil Kumar said a case had been registered against the roadways bus driver and further investigation was underway.
