Haryana Minister for Social Justice, Empowerment, Welfare of Scheduled Castes and Backward Classes, and Antyodaya (SEWA), Krishan Kumar Bedi has assured that all genuine demands raised by the Haryana Scheduled Caste Government Teachers’ Association will be given due consideration.

The assurance came during Bedi’s interaction with a delegation from the Association, which submitted a memorandum seeking reservation in promotions to Class I and II posts in the state government.

Bedi said, “All genuine demands will be considered sympathetically,” and added that appropriate action would be initiated on the matter. He further said the Haryana Government, under the leadership of Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini, is fully committed to the welfare of its employees and will take steps as per existing rules and regulations.
