Three years after its launch, the Haryana Government’s ambitious e-Adhigam scheme, which was launched to promote digital learning at government schools, is facing major hurdles as thousands of Class X students are still unable to use the tablets due to non-availability of SIM cards, while many others distributed to the students of Classes XI and XII and teachers are facing network issues for the past some days, raising concerns about the effectiveness of the state’s much-publicised digital education initiative.
