Under the scheme, eligible candidates will undergo 90-day training at Shri Vishwakarma Skill University, Palwal. On successful completion, they will be empanelled as contractors on HEWP. Registrations are being accepted at https://stt.itiharyana.gov.in. Saini directed officials to extensively publicise the scheme to ensure maximum participation and called for a clear SOP to streamline contractor registration on HEWP. He also stressed timely allotment of tenders and recommended a system for monitoring work progress through the portal to ensure timely project completion.

Officials informed the CM that offline work allotments would be discontinued from April 1, 2025, making HEWP the sole mode for public works tendering in the state.
