Haryana Agriculture Minister Kanwar Pal Gujjar held a public meeting in Salempur Banger village on Sunday, where several people belonging to various political parties reportedly joined the BJP.

The village falls under the Jagadhri Assembly constituency which is represented by Kanwar Pal Gujjar.

He said that impressed with his working style and the public welfare policies of the BJP, people belonging to various political parties were leaving the said parties and joining the BJP.

“The BJP is stronger than other political parties in all Assembly constituencies of the state, including in the Jagadhri Assembly constituency. We are confident that the BJP will form the government for the third time also in the state with a full majority,” said Gujjar while addressing a public meeting in Salempur Bangar village today.

He said the BJP had worked impartially for every section of society in the state without any discrimination.

He further said that the BJP government had done more development works than the Congress government in the last 10 years.

He said the youth were getting government jobs on the basis of merit.The minister said that the BJP government had done many works for the betterment of farmers.

“Our government has given Rs 12,500 crore as compensation for damaged crops. However, in the 10-year rule of the Congress government, only Rs 1,150 crore were given to the farmers for crop damages,” said Gujjar.

He said the BJP was doing work constantly for the welfare of the poor and deprived persons.

On the occasion, BJP leaders Nischal Chaudhary, Kapil Manish Garg, Kalyan Singh, Dr Jagdish Dhiman, sarpanch of Salempur Bangar village Sandeep, president of sarpanch Association Thath Singh and other persons were present.
