Chairperson HSCPCR Jyoti Bainda has given Fatehabad Superintendent of Police five days for a report of investigation or action taken.
“At least 40 students were allegedly beaten up with a stick by teachers of a government school in Tohana area of Fatehabad. It has also come to the notice that a complaint in this regard has also been moved before the police authorities,” she said.

Inspector Surender Kumar, Station House Office of Tohana City Police Station, said three teachers had been booked under the Juvenile Justice Act and Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes Prevention of Atrocities Act.
