Chandigarh, October 23
The men’s gymnastics team of Haryana created history in the 37th National Games being held in Goa after clinching the bronze medal, marking the first time that the state players achieved such a remarkable feat at this sports programme.
The players delivered an outstanding performance, securing the third position in the artistic men’s category.
The team members, including Yogeshwar Singh, Rohit, Ganesh, Prince Pal, Sahil Yadav and Vipin, showcased brilliant performances that led to this historic win.
In recognition of the significant medal achievement, Treasurer of the Haryana Olympic Association and in-charge of Haryana’s team Manish Kumar Grover, and State President of the Haryana Gymnastic Association Suraj Pal Ammu, extended their best wishes to the entire team.
Paras Ram, Executive President of the Haryana Gymnastics Association, also expressed his delight at the achievement.
