Haryana’s Aditya Yadav secures AIR 1 in UPSC CDS 2024 exam, CM congratulates
Aditya Yadav of Begpur village under the Mandi Ateli area of the district has secured an All India Rank (AIR)-1 in the Combined Defence Services (CDS) exam, results of which were declared by the UPSC on Wednesday evening. His remarkable success has brought pride to the family, village and the state.
Aditya’s father, Satish Kumar, is a retired Army officer and mother, Sunita, is a teacher at a private school. His grandfather also served in the Indian Army.
“Earlier, Aditya had secured AIR 20 in the UPSC Assistant Commandant exam, showcasing his commitment and determination in pursuing his dreams. After completing his school education in Narnaul, Aditya went to Delhi University for a Bachelor’s degree,” said one of his friend.
Aditya credited his success to his teachers, parents, and strong discipline, stating that with dedication and hard work, any goal can be achieved. “It was my childhood dream to join the Army and serve my country,” he added.
Meanwhile, Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini congratulated Aditya on his remarkable success. On his social media account, the CM wrote, “Our talented youth of Haryana are ahead in every field. Aditya Yadav has brought pride to the region and the state by topping the UPSC CDS 2024 exam. Best wishes for his bright future.”
