Health workers get training in Covid mgmt at Maharaja Agrasen Medical College in Agroha

As part of the preparedness to deal with the third wave of Covid, Maharaja Agrasen Medical College, Agroha, organised a training camp for doctors, paramedical staff and ASHA workers.
Around 35 health workers of Bhagat Phool Singh Medical College (Khanpur), Shaheed Hasan Khan Government Medical College (Mewat), Kalpana Chawla Medical College (Karnal) and Postgraduate Institute of Medical Sciences (Rohtak) were imparted training during the camp.
Dr Geetika Duggal, director of the college, said the trained medical personnel would visit different areas of the state to train local health warriors to prevent the third wave of Covid. A new strategy was being developed by sharing the experiences of doctors of the first and second waves, she added.
The training camp was inaugurated by Nazir Ahmed Pandit, Medical Superintendent of the college. He encouraged all health warriors to face the challenges of the third wave with grit and determination.
