Justice Rajesh Bhardwaj, Judge of Haryana and Punjab High Court, and Administrative Judge of Rewari Session Division, on Friday inaugurated three courtrooms constructed at a cost of Rs 5.27 crore in the judicial complex here. The Justice planted a sapling in the court premises and interacted with advocates at a function organised by the District Bar Association.

“Advocates and plaintiffs have expectations from the judicial system and every person associated with it has a contribution in keeping this system in order. Following the judicial process and providing justice to everyone is the priority of the judiciary,” he said.

He further said delay in justice was equal to depriving the complainant of justice. “The judiciary is committed to ensuring rights and entitlements to all. Lok Adalats are organised from time to time so that cases can be settled on the basis of mutual settlement agreement,” he added.

Justice Bhardwaj maintained that overall development was not possible until everyone gets justice. Justice Bhardwaj also threw light on the functioning of the District Legal Services Authority to provide legal information and assistance to the people. “The objective of the judiciary is that no person should be deprived of justice due to financial constraints and it is fulfilling this responsibility through Alternative dispute resolution (ADR) Centre,” he said.
