Hold small meetings to connect with voters: BJP state in-charge to workers
As the Municipal Corporation elections approach, the BJP state in-charge Satish Poonia has issued a new mantra for the party workers to win the civic body elections. He urged them to hold small meetings to connect with the public and garner support for BJP candidates.
At a core committee meeting held at the party’s state headquarters here on Wednesday evening, Poonia emphasised the importance of reaching out to the voters at a personal level and listening to their concerns. He said the workers should assure them of the BJP’s commitment towards resolving local issues. He expressed confidence that, through united efforts, the BJP would secure a decisive victory in the upcoming polls.
During the meeting aimed at discussing the upcoming Municipal Corporation elections, Poonia highlighted that if all workers united, the BJP would secure a massive victory in the elections.
He also stressed the importance of spreading the BJP's policies widely, encouraging everyone to vote for the party’s lotus symbol. He instructed the party officials to ramp up the election campaign by mobilising booth-level workers.
During the meeting, Poonia had one-on-one discussions with core committee members and emphasised that no effort should be spared in the election campaign. "We need to work tirelessly to ensure that the lotus blooms in every ward," he said. He further added that the Congress has lost its footing in the municipal elections and was merely contesting the elections symbolically.
He urged all those leaders and workers, including Neetu Sharma, Jyoti Tagada, Bhavana, Baby Rani, Neelam, Jogendra, Suresh, Vipin, Vijay Sharma, Lokesh Kumar, and others, who joined the BJP on Thursday to go door-to-door and motivate the public to vote for the BJP.
BJP state treasurer Ajay Bansal, state secretary Renu Dabla, district in-charge Satendra Parmar, BJP district president Ranbir Dhaka, state media co-incharge Shamsher Singh Kharak, district general secretary Sukhbir Chandelia, Asha Sharma, Pradeep Jain, Nagendra Sharma, Amarjeet Solanki, Dr Aditya Batra, Om Prakash Bagri, Dr Balwan, Dr Ashok Ranga and other core committee members were also present on the occasion.
