HSSC starts online grievance redressal portal

The Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC), the official agency mandated to make recruitments for Group C and D posts, has started a new online grievance redressal portal —“Samadhan” — for its candidates.
Official sources said the portal would take care of the complaints of the candidates regarding various examinations, results and court cases besides other important information regarding its recruitment process.
Currently, in the absence of a grievance redressal mechanism, scores of candidates visit the Panchkula office of the commission for various queries daily.
The sources said the starting of the online portal would discourage the candidates from visiting its office in the time of Covid pandemic when there were travel restrictions and emphasis was being laid on social distancing.
The candidates can access the portal through commission’s website www.hssc.gov.in.
