Rohtak: Lawyer-cum-social activist Gaurav Budhwar has been appointed the general secretary of the district chapter of the Youth Congress. He was assigned the responsibility at a meeting at the office of MLA Bharat Bhushan Batra as part of the “Haryana Maange Hisab” campaign. Batra expressed hope that Budhwar would bring new energy into the Youth Congress.
