Infrastructure boost for Pehowa: Saini announces new roads, bridges, hospitals
Chief Minister Nayab Saini, while addressing the Dhanyawad Rally in Pehowa, thanked the people of Haryana for rejecting the Congress and its “lies” during elections. He emphasised that his government works with the ethos of Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas and Haryana Ek, Haryanvi Ek to ensure equal development for all sections of the state.

Saini assured that the government focuses on equitable development, not just in constituencies represented by BJP MLAs but also in Opposition-held areas. “Prime Minister Narendra Modi has set a target to make India a developed nation by 2047. To contribute to this vision, Haryana will ensure the rapid development of all Assembly constituencies,” he said.
Highlighting achievements in Pehowa, Saini said, “Over the past 10 years, the government has invested Rs 1,057 crore in Pehowa, compared to Rs 353 crore by the Opposition during their tenure. Of the 180 announcements made for the constituency, 104 have been completed and 36 are underway. The promises made during elections are being fulfilled.”
The Chief Minister inaugurated Prachi Saraswati Canal Bridge built at a cost of Rs 1.28 crore. He also inaugurated various other projects, including renovation of Teokar Minor (Rs 2.47 crore), a 50-bed government hospital (Rs 19.76 crore) and a Kisan Seva Sadan (Rs 5.11 crore).
Targeting Congress, Saini said, “Congress leaders spread lies during elections, but the people of Haryana saw through them and chose development.”
Kurukshetra MP Naveen Jindal lauded the state’s progress and expressed confidence in the CM’s leadership. “Haryana is already leading in development and under CM Nayab Saini, it will become a fully developed state by 2035,” he said.
During the rally, BJP leader Jai Bhagwan Sharma reiterated demands for district status for Pehowa, a ring road, a medical college and improved drainage systems.
The CM reaffirmed his government’s commitment to addressing the aspirations of the people and making Pehowa a model of development.
