INLD Sirsa women’s wing prez goes viral for admiring Sachin Pilot

A video of Naina Jhorar, the president of the INLD women’s wing in Sirsa and the Sarpanch of Bani, expressing her admiration for Sachin Pilot, the former Deputy CM of Rajasthan, has made rounds across social media. In the video, she revealed that she had liked Sachin Pilot since she was 14, even though she had never met him.

She described him as calm, simple and handsome, hoping to meet him someday.

After the video gained traction on social media, Jhorar clarified that she admired Pilot for his personality, and that people were misinterpreting her words.

In another video interview, she said, “Just because someone admires Salman Khan, it doesn’t mean they want to marry him. People should think positively.”

Jhorar previously made headlines in May 2023, when she threw her dupatta at the feet of former Haryana CM Manohar Lal Khattar during a public event.

She was protesting a case registered against her husband. The police removed her from the scene, and Khattar ordered an investigation into the matter.

She joined the INLD after being disappointed with Khattar’s behaviour, and receiving support from Abhay Singh Chautala.

She has praised Nayab Saini, the current CM, calling him a good leader.

She believes in sticking to her party rather than switching frequently.

Outside of her work in politics, Jhorar has a passion for travel and dreams of visiting Pakistan.

She believes that the people of Pakistan face the same struggles as Indians — unemployment and inflation — and she does not view them as enemies.

Jhorar has said she is not against any political party.
