Jaihind said, “Everybody claims to be with the Kashmiri Pandits but nobody goes there to understand their pain. I will give Anil Vij Rs 1 lakh and pay for his air tickets and ask him to spend just a day with the Army and Kashmiri Pandits at Lal Chowk. Not only Vij, but I will ask the Chief Minister and all other MPs and MLAs of all political parties to go there and boost the morale of the Kashmiri pandits.”

“The situation is very bad there. If you go there as a tourist, then everything is fine, but if you go there and talk in favour of the Army and Kashmiri Pandits, you will get targeted soon. It is not that only the Kashmiri pandits are being persecuted but other communities are also being targeted. The government has failed to handle the situation”, he added. He was here in Ambala Cantonment to invite locals to take part in a protest to be held on June 26 at Jantar Mantar in support of the Kashmiri Pandits.
