Jannayak Janta Party (JJP) kicked off its membership drive in Dabwali of Sirsa on Sunday with high enthusiasm among party leaders, workers, and the general public.
District president Ashok Verma addressed party workers at the local office. Verma urged workers to enrol only those who truly believed in the party’s values. He said, to strengthen the party’s base, it was imperative to spread awareness about former Deputy CM Dushyant Chautala’s public welfare decisions.
Criticising the current state government, Verma said it was failing on all fronts, particularly in maintaining law and order. He strongly condemned the recent lathi-charge on students at Hisar Agricultural University, praising JJP leader Digvijay Chautala for standing by students and earning the trust of the youth.
Dabwali constituency head Narendra Singh Barad welcomed the attendees and announced a target of enrolling 5,000 members per constituency. Membership forms were distributed zone and booth-wise.
