Jat samiti starts statewide yatra

Rohtak, January 18

The All-India Jat Aarakshan Sangharsh Samiti launched a ‘bhaichara nyay’ yatra from Jassia village in the district on Saturday to mobilise support for a fresh agitation for grant of OBC quota to Jats and withdrawal of cases registered against the youths belonging to the community.

Addressing a meeting, samiti chief Yashpal Malik said the yatra would be taken out throughout the state and culminate in Sonepat on February 22. — TNS
