“We are well-prepared for the Lok Sabha elections. A five-member committee has been constituted by party president Ajay Singh Chautala to coordinate with the NDA leadership and take a call within a week,” said Dushyant while addressing mediapersons after the meeting.

Besides, the JJP also formed a new political advisory committee along with four other committees for the upcoming parliamentary elections, the Deputy CM said.

While addressing the national and state bodies, Ajay Chautala said in the past over four years, the JJP had become the voice of farmers, underprivileged and workers. Following the ideology of Chaudhary Devi Lal, the party has become stronger and continues to work for public, he said.

“Due to the Covid and various other reasons, the party was unable to resolve many public issues but was still able to fulfil a lot of poll promises,” said Ajay while exhorting the party members to work hard for the upcoming elections and bring JJP with full majority. He also accused the Congress for making false promises.

Dushyant Chautala said one of the main promises in the JJP’s poll manifesto was that of construction of Sant Ravidas temple in Kurukshetra. He said in the Budget, funds have been allocated for the same. The executive members also expressed gratitude to the Central government for awarding the Bharat Ratna to scientist MS Swaminathan, Chaudhary Charan Singh and three others.
