Karnal varsity invites online application for admission to PhD

Maharana Pratap Horticulture University (MHU), Karnal, has invited online applications for admission to its PhD programmes in horticulture for the academic year 2025-26. University Vice-Chancellor Suresh Malhotra said candidates could apply online until December 15.

The entrance examination for PhD admissions will be conducted by the CCS HAU, Hisar, and admissions will be granted strictly on the basis of the scorecard and merit obtained in this exam. “Interested candidates must apply for the entrance test through the CCSHAU website www.hau.ac.in by December 13. All rules and regulations mentioned in the CCSHAU prospectus will be strictly followed,” he added.

The VC maintained the candidates seeking admission to the MHU, Karnal, must also complete the online registration process and submit the counselling fee through the university website www.mhu.ac.in by December 15. Dean, Postgraduate Studies Dharm Pal advised applicants to regularly visit www.hau.ac.in and www.mhu.ac.in for updates regarding the entrance exam, syllabus, criteria, counselling and other relevant information.
