Kisan morcha to stage protest in Jind
The Samyukta Kisan Morcha (SKM), Haryana, will stage a protest to provide free passage to vehicles passing through Khatkar toll plaza in Jind district on February 2.
A statement issued by the morcha said the decision had been taken to lodge a protest against the arbitrary actions of toll companies and their failure to provide proper facilities despite collecting toll charges.
The SKM has also demanded the immediate arrest of culprits involved in the murder of Mohammad Yusuf from Palwal district, who was accused of cow smuggling.
The morcha also opposed the arrest of youths involved in the Khedar thermal protest.
