Kurukshetra University (KU) Vice-Chancellor Dr Neeta Khanna on Thursday said the university successfully conducted examination of various students of terminal semester.

Dr Khanna said the exams were conducted without compromising with students’ health and observing guidelines of the University Grants Commission (UGC) and the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA).

Exams of 1.25 lakh students of under-graduate, post-graduate, private and correspondence students have started on Thursday.

The VC said, “We used Google Meet application for surveillance and proctoring. Some students, whose internet connection was slow, were proctored through WhatsApp video-calls. After writing their exams, students uploaded the answer sheets on the emails of chairpersons, directors and principals.”
