Hisar, January 29

The Congress Jan Sandesh Yatra launched by former Union minister Kumari Selja, Randeep Surjewala and Kiran Choudhary reached Fatehabad district today.

Addressing a public meeting at Dhaand village, Selja said they had been getting overwhelming support from people, which indicated that they were fed up with the present regime in Haryana.

“The BJP-JJP government has betrayed the farmers and labour class. The BJP is doing politics in the name of Lord Ram and discriminating on the basis of caste, religion, and language, which is diametrically opposite to the ideals of ‘Ram Rajya’. Government jobs are being auctioned. The recent event organised by Israel in Rohtak for selection of skilled workers had exposed the level of unemployment in the state,” she said. Former minister Kiran Choudhary said time had come to uproot the corrupt and inefficient BJP-JJP government.
