Families from the Kumhar/Prajapati community in Haryana will soon receive ‘Eligibility Certificates’ (Patrata Pramaan Patra) under a state-wide distribution drive.
A state-level function will be held in Kurukshetra on August 13, where Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini will hand over the certificates to eligible families from Kurukshetra, Kaithal, Karnal and Yamunanagar districts.
A government spokesperson said, “Haryana Vidhan Sabha Speaker Harvinder Kalyan, Development and Panchayats Minister Krishan Lal Panwar, and Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare Minister Shyam Singh Rana will also be present with the Chief Minister in Kurukshetra.”
Distribution will take place simultaneously in other districts, led by state ministers and MPs. “Energy Minister Anil Vij will distribute the certificates in Ambala, Industries Minister Rao Narbir Singh in Gurugram, School Education Minister Mahipal Dhanda in Panipat, Revenue and Disaster Management Minister Vipul Goel in Faridabad, Cooperation Minister Arvind Sharma in Rohtak, Public Health Engineering Minister Ranbir Singh Gangwa in Hisar, SEWA Minister Krishan Kumar Bedi in Fatehabad, Women and Child Development Minister Shruti Choudhry in Bhiwani, and Health Minister Arti Singh Rao in Mahendragarh,” the spokesperson added.
