Kurukshetra University signs pact with Swadeshi Shodh Sansthan, New Delhi
Kurukshetra University has signed an MoU with Swadeshi Shodh Sansthan, New Delhi, under the chairmanship of Vice-Chancellor Prof Som Nath Sachdeva.
The VC said by signing the MoU, students of the university would get important research facilities and entrepreneurship training through the Swadeshi Shodh Sansthan, Delhi. The sansthan will maintain networking of scholars with pool of experts from the JNU, Finance Ministry, NITI Aayog and IIT-Delhi to apprise the scholars of research benefits and facilitate their data collection and help them with identifying research problems and exploring solutions.
Sachdeva said the Indian research models were significant research tools and scholars could refer to Indian sociologists, economists for investigation of their research topics in social sciences and also be aware of the latest fields, including the AI and data security.
The MoU was signed by Registrar Prof Sanjeev Sharma on behalf of Kurukshetra University and Suresh Gupta, consultant on behalf of the Swadeshi Shodh Sansthan.
Suresh Gupta said the sansthan was a leading organisation committed to the revival and promotion of Swadeshi principles in India. Along with this, the institute was doing remarkable work in the direction of moving the youth towards self-employment and making them self-reliant. The sansthan would provide financial assistance to the research scholars who were not getting any stipend and provide subject experts to the affiliated colleges of the KU during seminars and training programmes.
