Lack of FASTag facility leads to snarl-ups
Due to the lack of FASTag facility at the toll plaza, the two state highways connecting Faridabad with Gurugram are facing frequent traffic jams. Besides, commuters trying to pay through digital applications often struggle due to poor Internet connectivity, resulting in long queues of vehicles, especially during peak hours. Sometimes commuters have to spend between 20-30 minutes during morning and evening hours to cross the toll plaza, which is a violation of the NHAI policy. —Umesh Kumar, Faridabad
Sewers clogged across Sushant Lok-1 area
Residents are forced to use dirty water as sewers across the Sushant Lok-1 area have been clogged. The authorities have failed to address this problem despite several complaints. The Gurugram MC should ensure clean drinking water is supplied in all the localities.
