Deputy CM Dushyant Chautala has said the Revenue Department has minimised human intervention in tehsils by implementing e-registry. Now, a person, after submitting documents in a tehsil, can get his land registration done from any other tehsil.

He said the digitisation process was pending in 13 sub-tehsils and officials had been asked to do it expeditiously. The work to make villages free from ‘lal dora’ system is under way, he added. — TNS
