The equipment in the open-air gym and all swings must be in a good condition. She instructed that paintings be made on the boundary wall and the wall adjoining the toilets. The Commissioner also directed to paint the large statue of Raja Karna. For safety, she ordered the deployment of home guards at night.

She also directed the sanitation inspector to ensure thorough cleaning of the toilets.
Sharma appealed to local residents to take good care of the parks, which were meant for recreation and leisure. She urged them not to litter in the park and to dispose of wrappers, polythene and other waste in the dustbins provided. Additionally, she appealed to people that vehicles not be parked in front of the park’s gate, as this caused inconvenience to other visitors. She said the violators would face penalties, calling upon residents to cooperate with the MC in maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the parks.
