The residents told the Commissioner that garbage was dumped in the green belt area, which caused a lot of trouble to those living nearby. They said after clearing the area of garbage, a boundary wall should be built and trees should be planted.

Garg told Joint Commissioner Akhilesh Kumar Yadav that after cleaning the waste, garbage trolleys should be parked there so that the garbage did not spread on the ground.

Two employees will also be present with the garbage trolley, who will maintain the cleanliness.

Apart from this, the residents raised the issue of C&D waste, saying that it was regularly being dumped there, on which the Commissioner told them that the MCG would soon hire a private agency for lifting the C&D waste.

He said to prevent illegal dumping, sanitation security force would be deployed there.
