The protesters assembled at Mansarovar Park and marched to the Mini Secretariat, where they submitted a memorandum of demands to the district administration. The march witnessed participation from workers, construction labourers, industrial and unorganised sector workers and employees from various government departments.

Addressing the gathering, All India Kisan Sabha national vice-president Inderjit Singh and trade union leader Jai Bhagwan urged the government to immediately withdraw the labour codes.
