With an aim to introduce law students to real-world legal processes, an inter-department moot court competition began at the law department of Maharshi Dayanand University here on Thursday. As the chief guest, Vice-Chancellor Rajbir Singh inaugurated the two-day competition.
“Advocacy is a noble profession. The moot court competition not only gives students an opportunity to hone their legal skills, but also gives them confidence, which proves to be important in their career,” said the VC.
