Chaudhry said the government was focused on rural infrastructure, promising the provision of drinking water and electricity in every village.

There would be no shortage of funds for the development of villages, she added.

She addressed the public in several villages, including Devawas, Jainawas, Bhera, Sidhan, Miran and Dhani Miran, and laid the foundation stone for two key road projects — the Jainawas-Isharwal road, to be built at a cost of Rs 1.5 crore; and the Bhera-Khera Dhani Dayachand road, to be built at a cost of Rs 2.5 crore.

She also announced various developmental initiatives, including improvements to roads, drainage systems, educational institutions, healthcare centres and community infrastructure such as Ambedkar Bhawans and Anganwadi Centres in these villages. The MP assured the villagers that their demands for paved streets, canal remodelling and better connectivity would be addressed.

She said the government was ensuring that the benefits of welfare schemes reached the needy without delay.

She highlighted the MSP procurement of 24 crops, the Bhavantar Bharpai Yojana for farmers, and increased Budget allocations for agriculture, horticulture and irrigation.

She praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership, stating that India’s global reputation had significantly improved.

She expressed confidence that, under his guidance, India would become a developed nation by 2047. During her visit, she inspected Anganwadi Centres and directed officials to expedite the resolution of public grievances.
