MP Rekha Sharma urges support for Indian products, services
Says a self-reliant India would lead to economic development and strengthen the country’s economy
Rajya Sabha MP Rekha Sharma said India was progressing rapidly under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
“India means an India which is not dependent on others for its needs, but can fulfil its needs by using its capabilities and resources. Adopting swadeshi means adopting and supporting Indian products and services,” said Sharma while addressing BJP leaders, workers and common men at the BJP office, Yamunanagar on Tuesday.
Former Cabinet Minister Kanwar Pal Gujjar participated as the special guest.
The programme was attended by BJP district president Rajesh Sapra, Mayor Suman Bahamani, BJP leaders Ramesh Chander Thaska, Madan Chauhan, Ram Niwas Garg, former MLA Ishwar Palaka, former MLA Bishan Lal Saini, Bharat Bhushan Juwal, Kapil Manish Garg, Nischal Chaudhary and other party leaders.
The Rajya Sabha MP further said a self-reliant India would lead to economic development and strengthen the country’s economy.
She said that self-reliant India would enhance the country’s national security, ensuring the country would no longer be dependent on others for its defence.
