Municipal Commissioner conducts surprise inspection in Y’nagar’s MC office

Municipal Commissioner Ayush Sinha conducted a surprise inspection in the office of the Municipal Corporation, Yamunanagar-Jagadhri (MCYJ), on Tuesday.

He inspected various branches, including the office of the Additional Municipal Commissioner, tax branch, family identity card desk, IT laboratory, complaint cell, establishment branch, citizen facilitation centre and office of the Assistant Town Planner.

The Municipal Commissioner talked to the people, who came to the office of the MCYJ for their work. He instructed the officials of the MCYJ to resolve their complaints immediately. At the same time, he gave strict instructions to the officers and employees that no person should be forced to make rounds of the office of the MCYJ to get his/her work done.

“The employees should do their work in a time-bound manner. Whatever documents are needed for their work, get them at one go. Do not make them visit the MCYJ office again and again,” said Sinha.

According to information, he first reached the office of the Additional Municipal Commissioner and talked to the employees posted there.

After this, he reached the family identity card desk and he talked to the people, who came there with problems related to the family identity card.

After listening to their problems, he instructed the employees to solve their problems.

On reaching the IT laboratory, he took updates about computers and various portals from the employees posted there. Besides, he visited other branches and instructed the employees to do their duty with dedication and honesty. He also called on the people to get their work done at the Nagarik Suvidha Kendra using the token system.
