A delegation of the Nagrik Manch, a social outfit, led by its convenor Lab Singh Hooda today submitted a memorandum to the Governor through city magistrate here demanding high-level inquiry into the alleged MBBS exam “scam”.

The delegation also urged the Governor to look into the matter and take corrective steps to restore the integrity of the examination system in Pt BD Sharma University of Health Sciences (UHS) here.

“The scam has brought discontent among students, parents and other stakeholders in society. This is a criminal act which adversely affects the career of those MBBS students who are toiling hard to become doctors. Since it is one of the biggest scams of Haryana, hence a high-level probe is needed to expose all those involved in the scandal,” said Hooda.
