Nand Lal Sharma takes oath as HERC chairman

Chandigarh, February 2

Energy Minister Ranjit Singh today administered the oath of office and secrecy to newly appointed Haryana Electricity Regulatory Commission (HERC) chairman Nand Lal Sharma. Besides, he also administered oath to newly HERC member Mukesh Garg.

Sharma had served as the Executive Director, SJVN Limited for three years. On December 1, 2017, he took charge as the Chairman and Managing Director of SJVN Limited in Shimla. He also held the position of HP State Electricity Board secretary for three years.
