Nearly 400 plaints of family IDs resolved in Kurukshetra last week

Kurukshetra Additional Deputy Commissioner Vaishali Sharma today said nearly 400 complaints related to the family IDs Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP) received, during the Samadhan Shivir till last week, had been resolved while the remaining were in the process of being solved.

As per the directions of the state government, senior district officials were holding the camp on working days between 9 am and 11 am.Of the total complaints received till last week, nearly 920 complaints were related to family IDs of which nearly 400 had been resolved.
The ADC said, “At the district-level camp being held, nearly 400 complaints related to the family IDs have been resolved and the remaining are under process. People who want to get any complaint resolved, can approach the officials at the camp. A special camp from July 11 to 15 will also be organised to resolve the complaints.” On Monday, 130 complaints were received of which 74 were related to the family IDs.
The ADC, who heard the grievances, said, “Officials of all departments remain present during the camp and efforts are being made to resolve the complaint at the spot. The complainants are also requested to bring all required documents so that the complaints can be resolved easily. All complaints are reviewed and a report is being sent to the higher authorities.”
