The Haryana Staff Selection Commission will conduct the Common Eligibility Test (CET) 2025 for Group-C posts on July 26 and 27. The Sirsa district administration has made extensive arrangements to ensure the examinations are conducted smoothly and fairly.
A total of 64 examination centres have been set up in the district. Around 14,750 candidates will appear in each session, with nearly 59,000 candidates expected across the four sessions.
For candidates travelling from Sirsa to Hisar, 414 buses have been arranged. These will operate from nine clusters in the district, scheduled according to morning and evening shifts. All CET candidates can travel free of charge on Haryana Roadways buses from July 25 to 28.
To facilitate candidates arriving from other districts, a special shuttle service will operate from Police Lines, Sirsa. A total of 120 shuttle buses and 24 reserve buses have been arranged, taking the total number of buses to 558.
Control rooms and help desks have also been established to assist candidates. The main control room is located at the District Education Officer’s office (Phone: 01666-247538), with Amit Manhar (98122-75988) designated as the nodal officer.
For medical emergencies, helplines have been activated at Sirsa Civil Hospital (90530-13965), CHC Rania (01698-250137) and CHC Odhan (93501-09738). Ambulances will also be stationed near examination centres. Deputy Commissioner Shantanu Sharma has urged all candidates to follow the instructions printed on their admit cards and to arrive at the centres on time.
