‘New India’ has learned to hit back: Agri Minister
A Tiranga Yatra dedicated to the success of Operation Sindoor was held with fervour and patriotic zeal in Radaur, Yamunanagar, on Sunday.
Haryana Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare Minister Shyam Singh Rana led the yatra, saluting the valour of the Army and the strengthened military prowess of India under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Thousands of people — including women, children and the elderly — participated in the yatra, waving the National Flag and echoing slogans of “Bharat Mata Ki Jai” and “Vande Mataram”.
Addressing a gathering, Rana expressed his pride over the strong warning and swift response delivered by the Army to Pakistan under Operation Sindoor.
“Under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the ‘new India’ has learned to hit back,” he said. “Operation Sindoor not only showcased the might of our armed forces but also proved the strength of our air defence systems. Not a single drone or missile from Pakistan could harm us — they were all destroyed in the air.”
Operation Sindoor stood as a testament to India’s strategic military preparedness, he added. BJP District President Rajesh Sapra said Operation Sindoor had become a symbol of India’s military excellence and self-reliant defence policy.
“The victory is a shining example of the bravery of our soldiers and the strong political will of the country,” said Sapra.
