No restriction on GPF withdrawal, says Chief Minister

Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar today made it clear that there would be no restriction on withdrawal of GPF advance by government employees for unavoidable expenditure like marriage.
He was presiding over a meeting with leaders of various employees’ unions through video-conferencing. He said government employees would continue to get the benefit of 17 per cent dearness allowance.
He clarified that final results for recruitment on 12,316 posts, for which written examinations had been conducted, would be declared immediately after completion of lockdown period.
