Chandigarh: The Haryana Government has invited online nominations from all offices of the state for the Sardar Patel National Unity Award. The nominations should be submitted by August 9. The felicitation will be awarded by the Centre. Detailed information and guidelines in the matter are available on the website of the Union Ministry of Home Affairs. TNS

Names of outstanding women employees sought

The Haryana Women and Child Development Department has directed all departments to recommend names of outstanding women employees. The names of women, who have done exemplary work, especially in the cases of moral courage, are recommended to be sent to the department by October 29. TNS
