Nominees campaign with new vigour for Panipat seat

After the filing of the nomination papers, candidates have started campaigning with new vigour.

BJP candidate and sitting MLA Mahipal Dhanda today held public meetings in Jyoti Nagar, Vikas Nagar, Radha Vihar, Parshuram Colony, New Ramesh Nagar, Desraj Colony and other areas in his constituency.

Dhanda said that the people would not be misled by the opposition and they have made up their mind to form the BJP government in the state for the third time.

Dhanda further claimed that the blessings of the people are with the BJP. The BJP-led state government has launched several public welfare schemes on the basis of which the BJP is going to form the government consecutively for the third time in the state, Dhanda said.

Haryana’s development had come to a standstill during the Congress government’s regime but now progress is being made in every sector in the state from roads to industries.

With the opening of the election offices at various mandals in the city, BJP candidate and sitting MLA Pramod Vij on Friday paced up his election campaign.

Vij appealed to the people to vote and elect the BJP on October 5 during his campaigning today.

Vij opened BJP’s Tehsil mandal office at Fatehpuri chowk in the morning, after which he opened the Kishanpura mandal office on Gohana road, Model Town mandal office on Jatal road, South city mandal office at Sai Baba Chowk by performing hawan. Later, he held public meetings to appeal for the vote.

He held a ‘Chai par Charcha’ in Azad Nagar.

Vij said other parties had always betrayed the common people. The BJP government is the only government which takes people from every section along with it. The BJP government gave jobs without ‘parchi and kharchi’ and Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini made many announcements after which the people were very happy.

In Israna, Rajya Sabha member Krishan Lal Panwar on Friday carried out his campaign in Bhaupur, Balana, Paldi, Mandi, Chamrara, Kakoda, Puthar and other villages and appealed to the voters to vote in support for the BJP on October 5. Panwar while addressing the people said that the BJP has worked without any discrimination and worked without any regionalism.

Taking a dig at the Congress, Panwar said Congress policies had hindered the development of the state but the BJP had set new parameters of development in every field. “Our government has worked to bring prosperity in the lives of every citizen of Haryana,” Panwar said.
