In a bid to strengthen the BJP’s civic election campaign, Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini held a roadshow in Gurugram today, rallying support for the party’s mayoral candidate, Raj Rani Malhotra. Addressing the gathering, Saini asserted that the BJP’s development agenda remains unstoppable and that Haryana is on track to secure a “triple-engine government” for accelerated growth.

“Nothing can stop the wagon of development of BJP. People trust us and have already given us a double-engine government. Haryana will now have a triple-engine government,” Saini said, referring to BJP’s rule at the Central, state and local levels.

The roadshow saw participation from party workers and all BJP candidates contesting the civic polls. Traversing through various city areas, the event aimed to drum up local support and highlight the party’s vision for grassroots development.

Saini emphasised the significance of the municipal elections, calling them crucial for realising Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision at the local governance level. “This is not just an ordinary election. It’s an election for the progress of the city and the prosperity of its people. By supporting us, you are contributing directly to your city’s and state’s development,” he said.

Reiterating BJP’s commitment to infrastructure growth and civic reforms, the Chief Minister called on voters to unite behind the party and ensure a resounding victory. “The atmosphere is in BJP’s favour and we are confident of forming a triple-engine government with a huge majority across the state,” Saini added.
