“We were questioning the weapon suppliers after they were remanded to six-day police custody. During interrogation, they revealed that they had planned to sell illegal weapons to Ravi, Sandeep and Veer Singh, residents of Borwal and Thothwal villages in Rewari district. After this, we laid the trap, and, when the three accused came to buy illegal weapons unaware of Akil and Salim’s arrest, they were arrested too,” a senior investigating officer said.
