Onus on property owners to verify visitors’ vax status: Haryana Health Minister
Chandigarh, December 30
State Health Minister Anil Vij said it would be the responsibility of the owner or manager to see whether the people visiting public places, including cinema halls, malls, banquet halls and other places, were vaccinated.
He said orders had been given to the deputy commissioners of for random checking of such places and the team constituted by the DC in the districts would go to such places and do random checking. Vij said if such people had not got vaccinated and they were visiting public places, action would be taken against them under Section 188 of the IPC. — TNS
