Former Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda said the Centre should call a special session of Parliament to discuss Pahalgam terror attack, Operation Sindoor and the US-mediated ceasefire in detail.

He said just like the first two terms, the third term of the BJP had proved to be a failure on every front.

He said farmers faced huge problems during harvesting season as the government delayed purchase and disbursal of payments.

Hooda said the BJP government had also proved to be unsuccessful in taking Haryana's share of water from Punjab. Congress had raised the demand of calling a special session of the Assembly in all-party meeting, so that full pressure can be put on Punjab, but BJP was seen procrastinating on this issue as well.

Hooda said Haryana was number one in every parameter during the Congress tenure, but the BJP had made it number one in unemployment, crime, drugs and poverty.
