Haryana Chief Electoral Officer Pankaj Agarwal said any person could fill Form 6 to get their name registered to the voter list of their Assembly constituency. Similarly, if any voter wanted to remove their name or the name of any ineligible person, they could use Form 7. For any amendment, Form 8 could be used.

He also said after the Legislative Assembly General Election in 2024, 4,60,388 new voters had been added to the photo voter list until April 21, 2025, while 94,429 names had been removed from the list due to reasons like transfer and death.

Anyone could file an appeal within 15 days against the decision by the Electoral Registration Officer on Form 6, 7, or 8, he said. In Haryana, no first appeal had been received by the Deputy Commissioner under Section 24 'A' of the Representation of the People Act, 1950, and no second appeal had been received by the Chief Electoral Officer, Haryana, under Section 24 'B' of the Act in relation to the decision taken on the forms.
