“Dr Muzamil's network and the mosque's imam are being questioned. Villagers have described Muzamil as someone with a calm demeanour. We are also examining the CCTV footage to trace the explosive's route,” said a senior investigating officer.

A senior police officer said that a police team was camped in Al-Falah university and are questioning staff and doctors of the university. The Jammu and Kashmir and Faridabad police jointly questioned them.

Investigation so far revealed that Imam Ishtaq, who was detained by the police, revealed that he had rented out his room to an auto-rickshaw driver and he then gave the room to Dr Muzzamil, who came in a car and went after keeping suspicious items in the room.

It may be noted that in a joint crackdown against terror modules, Jammu and Kashmir and Faridabad police arrested a Kashmiri doctor from Faridabad and recovered 2,910-kg explosives and a rifle. The accused was caught from Al-Falah University, Dhauj in Faridabad. The police had also detained a lady doctor earlier while detaining a local cleric on Monday. A total of 2,910 kg of explosives, sophisticated weapons and items used in terrorist incidents have been seized with the uncovering of a “white collar” terror module involving the Jaish-e-Mohammed and Ansar Ghazwat-ul-Hind.
