Panipat DC pulls up officials for poor maintenance of HSVP office

Deputy Commissioner Virender Kumar Dahiya today pulled up Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP) officials for the lack of cleanliness and an ill-maintained office.
Dahiya asked officials concerned to cut one-day salary of two employees who were found absent from duty. He said all eight sanitation officials should be chargesheeted.
He was on a surprise visit to the Estate Office, HSVP, at Sector 18 here.
He pointed out that the taps were leaking, the toilets were not clean, and the office in general was unkempt despite there being eight sanitation employees. Apart from this, the DC also checked the fire extinguishers installed at the office. He said he would again visit the office again after March 15.
He directed the officials concerned to get the building painted, to redress the issue of hanging wires and check CCTV cameras in the office. He directed them to remove all posters from the walls.
He pulled up officials for negligence in maintaining records. He visited the basement of the office and called for setting aside the condemned vehicles and make separate parkings for two-wheelers and four-wheelers.
He directed the officials to ensure employees were seated in the enquiry cabin from 9 am to 5 pm.
